Cable duct sealings
During construction of the North-South City Train in Cologne at the station Heumarkt (construction time starting in 2007) it was required to seal cabel duct systems passing through the tunnel ceiling (with waterproof sheeting) pressure tight. For this requirement we developed a tailor made stainless steel fixed and loose flange solution, type multiple stainless steel wall sleeve HRD. This specific multiple flange with annular space sealings offers an ideal pressure tight solution for the ceiling with waterproof sheets according to DIN 18195 part 9.
